Tara Bouverat is a half Indian, half French Los Angeles native, former Food Network addict, and lifelong foodie. In 2019, she followed her culinary passion to Paris, where she spent three years studying the fundamentals of pastry, bread, and all things delicious at Le Cordon Bleu. After finishing school, Tara moved to New York City where she gained experience working in bakeries, restaurants, and competition kitchens. 

Tara recently returned to LA to create a space for her own work. Bluestar Bakes is where her heritage and technique come together in the kitchen. She is so excited to share with you.
